The Union is santuary to all workers employed as Cabin Crew in the Republic of South Africa, including a typical worker, who include but are not limited to casual
part-time, temporary, fixed-term or seasonal workers.
To unite all cabin crew members in the airline industry regardless of age, colour, disability, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression that is eligible for membership.
To negotiate working conditions, rates of pay and rules for all members that are the best in the industry and farsighted in scope.
To promote the interest of the profession and to safeguard the rights, individually and collectively, of the members of the Union by securing the long-range goal of flight attendant certification.
To urge, support, and sponsor the passage of legislation and regulations affecting members which will improve, protect, and increase the safety of their working conditions.
To conduct all affairs of the Association in a manner that will preclude discrimination based on age, colour, disability, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation.
To pursue co-operative agreements with other flight attendant association, and if necessary affiliate with them in order to further the interests of the association.
